Charles E. Blankenship

Charles E. Blankenship, Sr., age 84 of Hamilton, passed away at Hospice of Hamilton on Monday, March 25, 2024. Known to most as Charlie, he was born in Crab Orchard, Kentucky on March 13, 1940 to the late Roscoe Conklin Blankenship and Vannie Ethel (Turner) Blankenship. In 1958, he enlisted in the U.S. Navy, leaving the hills of Kentucky for sea for over ten years. After proudly serving his country, he became a professional truck driver and called Hamilton home for most of his career.

Charlie will be dearly missed by his family and friends that are too numerous to mention by name.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April  2, 2024 from 10:00 AM until his Funeral Service at 12:00 NOON at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Ave., Hamilton, Ohio. Burial will follow at Hickory Flat Cemetery in Overpeck, Ohio.
