Charles Sizemore, age 74 of Hamilton, passed away at Bethesda North Hospital on Friday, July 31, 2015 at 3:25PM. He was born in Leslie County, KY on November 2, 1940 to Emery and Mary (Marcum) Sizemore. Charles was employed as a cement contractor for 25 years. Charles enjoyed hunting, fishing, and the outdoors.
He is survived by his children Rick (Karen) Sizemore, Sherry Sizemore, Paula Sizemore, Tonya (Sammy) Cassano, and Angie Sizemore, numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, three sisters, Lucille, Judy, Phyllis, and Debbie. He was preceded in death by one grandson, Delbert Lee, and his parents. A special thank you to Glen Meadows and Bethesda North nursing staff for their care.
Memorial service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home 330 Pershing Ave. on Monday, August 10, 2015 at 11 AM. Inurnment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery. Memorial gathering will be held on Monday, August 10, 2015 from 10-11 AM at the funeral home. Memorial contributions can be made to the Boys Club of America.
