Charles "Jack" Wagers Sr., age 85 of Hamilton, passed away at his residence on Thursday, June 7, 2018. He was born in Manchester, Kentucky on November 28, 1932 the son of Sherman and Lucy (Stewart) Wagers. Jack was self-employed in the auto salvage and towing industry for numerous years.
He is survived by nine children, Larry (Rosanna) Wagers, Gary (Tammy) Wagers, Ronald (Glenna) Wagers, Donald Wagers, Robert Wagers, John (Debbie) Wagers, Pamela (Jimmy) Philpot, Paul Wagers, and Fred Wagers; fifteen grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lula Wagers; his parents; one son, Charles Wagers Jr.; and one grandson, Larry Lee Wagers; siblings, Harlan, Ed, James and Daisy.
Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Ave., on Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at 11:00 AM with Rev. Jimmy Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice of Cincinnati.
