Charlotte Ann Boggs

Charlotte Ann Boggs, age 72 of Hamilton, passed away at Mercy Hospital on Sunday, January 31, 2016 at 8:01 PM. She was born in Hitchins, Kentucky on June 25, 1943 the daughter of Clement and Corabell (Campbell) Glancy. On October 30, 1965 in Hamilton she married James Boggs. Charlotte was a member of the Hamilton Church of God. Charlotte was very devoted to her family and spent all of her time nurturing their needs.

She is survived by husband, James Boggs of Hamilton; two children, Chris (Jonetta) Boggs of Trenton and Lisa (Cam) Parsons of Hamilton; four sisters, Yvonne (Jerry) Mullins, Janice (the late, Corbit) Sweeney, Sheila (Bill) McCoy, and Judy (Jr.) Carroll; six grandchildren, Dalton Boggs, Bailey Boggs, Justin Parsons, Hunter Boggs, Cammy Parsons, and Casey Parsons; very special friend and sister-in-law, Pam Acuff of Hamilton; devoted friends, Larry and Jenny Glore of Hamilton; and numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends. She was preceded in death by parents; sister, Evelyn Branam; and four brothers-in-law; two nephews; and one niece.

Funeral service will be held at Brown-Dawson-Flick Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Avenue, on Saturday, February 6, 2016 at 12:00 noon with Rev. Rick Witt officiating. Burial will follow at Hickory Flat Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Saturday from 11:00 AM to 12:00 noon at the funeral home. The family would like to express a heartfelt thank you to Dr. Paula Weisenberger and the Mercy Fairfield 5 Tower nurses and staff for their care and compassion.
