Charlotte L. Flannery

Charlotte L. Flannery, age 70 of Middletown, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, January 20, 2021, while surrounded by her children. Charlotte was born in Mt. Sterling, Kentucky on October 23, 1950 to Ossie Neal and Gladys (Waters) Neal. Charlotte, first and foremost loved God, her husband Bob (Robert), her children, grandchildren and family. She enjoyed fishing, gardening, crafts and finding a deal.

Charlotte was preceded in death by her dad, Ossie Neal; mom, Gladys Neal; her husband of 45 years, Robert L. Flannery Sr.; sisters, Bonnie Lickliter, Chris Ballew and Maxine Creath; father-in-law, Rev. Lawrence Flannery Jr.; mother-in-law, Opal Flannery; sister-in-law, Sheila Duncan; nephew, Matthew Barrett.

Charlotte is survived by her children, Bobby Jr. (Sherry) Flannery and Tamara (Adam) Miller; grandsons, Travis Flannery and Jacob (Brooke) Flannery; great grandsons, Lucas and Corbin; 4 step grandchildren and 9 step great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Monday, January 25, 2021 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Ave., Hamilton OH. Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at 12:00 PM with Pastor Jesse Combs officiating. Burial will follow at Butler County Memorial Park.

The family requests masks to be worn and to practice social distancing.
