Cindy Ann Green, age 63 of Hamilton, passed away at her residence on Saturday, April 11, 2015. She was born in Hamilton on January 24, 1952 to Dale and Laverne (Holstein) Chapin. Cindy was employed at Cincinnati Financial for 18 years.
She is survived by one daughter, Susan (Frank) Ivy; two sisters, Darlene (Steve) Ballard and Jeanie (Ron) Shouse; one brother, Tim (Sue) Chapin; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Green, and also her parents.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 16, 2015 from 5PM-7PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Ave.
