Clarence E Wilder, age 85 of Hamilton, went to be with the Lord on Monday, December 2, 2013. He was born in Clarksville, OH on June 29, 1928 to Oliver and Hattie Wilder. On December 23, 1950 in Hamilton he married Elizabeth Walker. He was a member of Princeton Pike Church of God. Clarence loved fishing and hunting, and will be remembered as a great ‘horse trader’ and bowler.
He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Wilder; children, Billy Wayne (Thelma) Wilder, Terry (Bonnie) Wilder, Jeffrey (Shari) Wilder, and Susan (Eric) Pervukhin; grandchildren, Brian, Terra, Angie, Eric, Melissa and Matthew; 12 great-grandchildren; a close niece, Dorcas (Ed) Byington; and a brother, Vernon (Vel) Wilder . He was preceded in death by brothers, Clifford Wilder, Jack Wilder; and his parents.
Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Saturday, December 7, 2013 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Barry Clardy of Princeton Pike Church of God officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 7, 2013 from 10:00 - 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
