Clinton Davidson

Clinton Davidson, age 91 of Hamilton, passed away at home surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday, February 1, 2022. Clinton was born in Oneida, Kentucky on February 6, 1930 to Luther “Ruck” and Sylvania Davidson. On September 27, 1947, he married the love of his life, Nora Bowling. Together they had two children, Lonnie and Brenda; and their grandson, Ryan. Clinton retired from Champion International Paper after 45 years of service. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. Clinton was a member of Morning Star Christian Fellowship Church.

Clinton is survived by his wife of 74 years, Nora Davidson; his son, Lonnie Davidson; his grandson, Ryan Goins; his sister, Helen Kay (Dan) Carr; his niece, Verta (Tom) McComas; and many other nieces, nephews and cousins. Clinton was preceded in death by his parents; his daughter, Brenda Goins; and his brothers, Alden, Stacey, Conley and Coy Davidson.

Visitation will be held at Morning Star Christian Fellowship Church, 200 Bell Ave., Hamilton, Ohio, on Saturday, February 12, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Funeral Service to follow at 11:00 AM at the church with Pastor Ronnie Howard officiating.  Burial will follow at Millville Cemetery.
