Connie Lindsay

Connie E. Lindsay, age 66 of Fairfield, passed away peacefully on Friday, August 7, 2015. She was born in Hamilton on October 28, 1948 to Kenneth and Ruth (Hunter) Allspach. Connie graduated from Seven Mile High School in 1967. She was a member of the Nilles Pointe Baptist Church and a former member of Bethel Pentecostal Church.

She is survived by her mother, Ruth Mills-Cooley; siblings, John William (Lisa) Allspach, Chris Allspach, Mary Jane Million, Sue Ann Mussani, and Andra (Curt) Edwards; many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husbands, William Rose and James "Jim" Lindsay; best friend, Rose Bailey; her father; and grandparents, Ernst and Emma Allspach, and Marshall and Edith (Hunter) Hasler.

Visitation will be held on Monday, August 10, 2015 from 5:00 - 8:00 PM at the funeral home. Funeral service will be held at Brown-Dawson-Flick Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Avenue, on Tuesday, August 11, 2015 at 10:00 AM with Rev. Joseph Head of Nilles Pointe Baptist officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery. The family wishes to extend a special thank you to all of the healthcare workers who have cared for Connie over the last few years.
