Cynthia L. "Dolly" Weisbrodt

Cynthia L. "Dolly" Weisbrodt, age 74 of Hamilton, passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 28, 2017. Cynthia was born in Hamilton, Ohio on November 12, 1942 to Cyrill E. and Cecilia (Obremski) Swegert. She graduated from Notre Dame High School in 1960. In 1966, she married Glenn E. Weisbrodt and together they had two children. Cynthia retired from her beloved job at Lane Public Library in 2009 after 27 years of service. She loved spending time with her friends and family and scrapbooking those memories.

Cynthia is survived by her husband of 50 years, Glenn Weisbrodt; her children, Melissa (Steve) Weisbrodt-Broermann, Richard J. (Amy) Weisbrodt; her grandchildren, Maxwell and Brooke Weisbrodt; her siblings, Jerome B. Swegert and Mary C. (Mike) Balsinger; her sister-in-law, Doris Swegert and numerous other nieces, nephews, family and friends. Cynthia was preceded in death by her brother, Cyrill S. Swegert and her parents.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 171 Washington St., Hamilton, Ohio, on Tuesday, October 3, 2017 at 10:00 AM. Burial will follow at St. Stephens Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Monday, October 2, 2017 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home 330 Pershing Ave. Hamilton, 45011.
