Daisy Francis Campbell

Daisy Francis Campbell, age 78, of Hamilton, passed away at Tri County Extended Care Center on Tuesday January 29, 2008 at 5:00 PM. She was born in Hamilton on March 6, 1929 the daughter of Charles and Grace (Hopkins) McGuire. A homemaker, Daisy retired from Champion International in 1960. On March 23, 1946 in Covington, Kentucky she married Enos C. Campbell who passed away on December 9, 2000. She is survived by four sons, Jack Campbell of Hamilton, Larry (Renee) Campbell of Fairfield, Charles "Spunk" Campbell of Hamilton and Greg (Debbie) Campbell of Trenton; three daughters, Phyllis Miles, Shirley (Tim) Schuh and Teri (John) Allen all of Hamilton; 20 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren; and three brothers, George McGuire and Herman McGuire both of Hamilton, and Vernon McGuire of Magnolia, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a son-in-law, Bill Miles; three brothers, Charles McGuire, Russell McGuire, and Robert McGuire; a niece, Linda McGuire; and a nephew Charles McGuire III. Funeral services will be held at Brown-Dawson Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Ave. on Saturday Feb. 2, 2008 at 1:00 PM with Rev. Jacob Flannery officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday from 5 to 8 PM.
