Daisy F. Shoemaker

Daisy F. Shoemaker, age 92 of Hamilton, passed away on Friday, July 26, 2024 at. Daisy was born in Wallins Creek, Kentucky on July 29, 1931 to Mitt McCoy and Bessie (Watson) McCoy. On November 18, 1949, she married Robert Shoemaker in Loyall, Kentucky. Daisy enjoyed going to church, knitting, shopping, and playing with her dog Chuck. She loved spending time with her family and friends.

Daisy is survived by her sons, Robert (Louetta) Shoemaker and David (Sharon) Shoemaker; 8 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Daisy was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 49 years, Robert Shoemaker; daughter, Jan Hines; son, Gillis Shoemaker; two granddaughters, Bethany and Michelle; grandson, Gillis; great-granddaughter, Alexis; 3 brothers; and 2 sisters.

Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Ave, Hamilton, Ohio, on Tuesday, September 3, 2024 at 1:00 PM. Burial will follow at Butler County Memorial Park. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 3, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home.
