Dale L. Winkler

Dale L. Winkler, age 65 of Hamilton, passed away at his residence on Thursday, September 7, 2017. Dale was born in Hamilton, Ohio on April 3, 1952 to Harold Winkler and Bonalee Sirabry Winkler. He married Linda Day on April 29, 1972. Dale retired from Smurfit-Stone as a printer in Middletown, Ohio. He loved fishing, playing softball and coaching girls’ softball.

Dale is survived by his wife, Linda Winkler; children, Stacy (Virgil) Winkler, Emily (Tommy) Winkler and Melanie (John) Love; grandchildren, Aivry, Korren, Malik, Doug, Bella, Charlotte, Dalyn, Violet and June; Aunt Helen Lambers, Uncle Oral Winkler, Aunt Jackie (Jim) Delker; brother-in-law’s, Bobby and Steve Day and their families, special cousin Dallas Winkler; special friend Doug Harris and many other cousins and friends. Dale was preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Bonalee Winkler.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 13, 2017 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, Hamilton, Ohio. Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home on Wednesday, September 13, 2017 at 12:00 PM with Pastor Ron Pittman and Steve Day officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park.
