Damon Matthew Williams, age 31 of Hamilton passed away on Tuesday, July 21, 2009 at 1:35 AM. He was born in Hamilton on November 25, 1977 the son of Gary and Pamela (Mapel) Williams. Damon was employed in the maintenance department for Liberty Township and was a member of Moose Lodge #501. On September 14, 2002 in Hamilton he married Christina Debo. Damon was a big-hearted man who was a wonderful Daddy, Son, Brother, and Friend. He held a special place in his heart for the Gray family.

He is survived by his wife, Christina Williams of Hamilton; his children, Aaron Williams and Ashlynn Williams, both of Hamilton; his mother, Pamela Max of New Smyrna Beach, Florida; his father, Gary Williams of Overpeck; a brother, Nathan (Melissa) Eldridge of Middletown; a sister, Erin (Chris) West of Seven Mile; five nieces, Carissa West, Caitlyn West, Kenna Getz, Danielle Gray, and Samantha Gray; seven nephews, Zack Getz, Alex Getz, Kevin Asher, Stevie Asher, Bradley Asher, Austin Howard, and Donovan Howard; and numerous other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Lora Mapel and Dorothy Williams.

Funeral service will be held at the Brown-Dawson Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Saturday, July 25, 2009 at 12:00 noon with Chaplain Sue Thurston officiating. Burial will follow in Hickory Flat Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Saturday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 noon.
