Dan "Bud" Noe

Dan "Bud" Noe, age 80 of Hamilton passed away on Sunday, September 18, 2016. He was born on December 25, 1935 the son of Dan and Eliza (Gross) Noe. Bud was a veteran of the United States Army from 1955 to 1956. He was self-employed as a contractor, was a tool and dye maker at Deerfield Manufacturing, and retired as a security guard for Allied Barton Security. Bud was a member of the Laurel Avenue Church of Christ; lifetime member of the Amvets Post 1983; a member of the Moose #501 and the Eagles #6939; and an avid Reds and Bengals fan. In 1999 in Hamilton he married Brenda Turner.

He is survived by his wife, Brenda Noe; daughter, Toni (David) Maggard; stepchildren, Steven (Jessica) Turner, John Turner, Rocky, Rick, and Muerrell; son, Danny Raines; brother, Tony Johnson; grandchildren, Mandy, Josh, Jason, Joey, Matt, Lydia, Steven, and Dahlia; great grandchildren, Ryan, Monroe, and Serenity; and mother-in-law, Marian Phelps and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; stepfather, Felix Johnson, daughter, Joni Dean; siblings, Wanda Jo Barnes, Henrietta Philbeck, Corrina McGuire, Billlie Stines, and Jack Noe; stepchildren, Florence and Bobby; and father-in-law, Baxter Phelps.

Funeral service will be held at the Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Thursday, September 22, 2016 at 10:00 AM with Charles Anderson of Laurel Avenue Church of Christ officiating. Burial with military honors will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
