Daniel Hileman

Daniel Hileman, age 54, of Somerville passed away Thursday, March 8, 2012. He was born in Hamilton June 9, 1957, the son of Elmer and Rita (Hoelle) Hileman. Daniel’s passion in life was farming alongside his father and brothers; he was also a bus driver for Talawanda and Edgewood Schools. He was a member of Knights of Columbus, Holy Name Catholic Church, Butler County Cattlemen’s Association, and the Butler County Farm Bureau.

He is survived by his wife, Becky (Jones) Hileman; daughters, Holly Hileman and Melissa Hileman; mother, Rita Hileman; sisters, Janet (Ron) Handley and Mary Lou (Jim) Fening; brothers, Jim (Mickey) Hileman, Neil (Carolyn) Hileman, Dick (Mary) Hileman, and Steve (Jane) Hileman; sisters-in-law, Lori (Chris) Bartick and Shelley (Bruce) Miller; and many nieces, nephews, and friends. He was preceded in death by his father; brother, Charles Hileman; parents-in-law, Evelyn and Ronald Jones; and he will also be greeted in Heaven by his six babies.

Visitation will be 5-8pm, Monday, March 12, 2012, at the Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue. Mass of Christian Burial will be 11am, Tuesday, March 13, 2012, at the Holy Name Catholic Church, 222 Hamilton Avenue, Trenton, with Fr. Tom McCarthy, Celebrant. Burial will follow in St. Stephen Cemetery. In lieu of flowers please make donations to Rebecca Hileman College Fund FBO Holly Hileman and Melissa Hileman c/o Somerville National Bank.
