Danny Ray Burke

Danny Ray Burke, age 71 of Middletown, passed away peaceful at home on Friday, November 7, 2025. Danny was born in Hamilton, Ohio on March 2, 1954 to Revona (Hamblin) Burke and the late Jack Burke. Danny grew up in Hamilton and after high school he started his electrician training. He earned his journeyman card and was a proud member of IBEW Local 357. Although he was a skilled electrician, his favorite wires were those on his guitar. He was a talented musician and was a member of many bands over the years, even in the time that he spent in Arizona.

Danny is survived by his children, Kami Santel and James Burke; his granddaughter, Kaylee Santel; his mother, Revona Burke; his siblings, Jackie (Daryle) Foreman, Darrell (Brenda) Burke, and Douglas (Marty) Burke; as well as many extended family members, close friends, and his canine companion, Sophie.

Danny was preceded in death by his wife, Victoria Burke; his son, Danny Ray Burke Jr.; and his brother, Donald Burke.

Memorial Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 13, 2025 from 4:00 PM until his Memorial Service at 6:00 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home – Historic Downtown Chapel, 330 Pershing Ave., Hamilton, OH 45011 with Pastor Rodney Griffin officiating.
