Danny R. Clark

Danny R. Clark, age 68 of Hamilton, OH passed away at Hospice of Hamilton on June 27, 2017. Danny was a graduate of Ross High and a Maintenance Super at Champion/IP for 44 years. From 1970-1973 he was in the US Marines aboard the USS Midway with three tours in Vietnam. He was a life member of AMVETS Post 1983. On July 27, 1968 he married Mary Baker. He is survived by one son, D. Shane (Shanda) Clark and one daughter Jodi (Denny) Stockhoff; grandchildren, Eric, Matt, Kaylynn, Mackenzie, Shayne, Casey, Jestin, Anthony, and Brianna; great grandchildren, Trinity, Sophia, Riley, Copelynn; his very best friend, Jesse Evans and a special dog, Mickey; his mom, Helen; his siblings, Shirley, Sue, Linda, Davey, Phillip; his in-laws, Keith, Shirley, Sandy, David; and many special nieces and nephews. Danny had numerous friends and to know him was to love him. His hobbies were camping at Heritage Hills, fishing, and watching his family Sand Drag Racing. A special thanks to the 3rd floor staff at Bradford Nursing Facility, Hospice of Hamilton, Dr. and friend Rahib Vasi. He will be sadly missed by all of us until we meet again. He was preceded in death by his Dad, Dan, Brother, Chuck, his "Other Parents" Elmer and Jean, special nephew, Chan, and best friend, Dallas. Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home on Thursday, July 6, 2017 at 11AM with Pastor Jerry Powell officiating. Burial will follow at Millville Cemetery. Visitation will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home on Wednesday, July 5, 2017 from 5-8 PM.
