Danny W. Holden

Danny W. Holden, age 77 of Hamilton, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, November 1, 2026. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on September 11, 1949 the son of Fred and Mary Holden. Danny truly loved the Lord and his family. He will be missed by all who knew him.

Danny is survived by his two children, Danny W. Holden Jr. and Beth (Rodney) Wood; six grandchildren, Danny A. (Collie) Holden, Alex W. Holden, Jacob T. (Megan) Holden, Cody A. (Makayla) Smith, Morgan D. Smith, Cameron P. (Kyle) Carroll; four great grandchildren, Wyatt, Addi, Rosie, and Owen; two sisters, Jeannie (Jr.) Hamblin and Mary Lou (Ron) Pugh; his beloved dog, Luke; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Danny was preceded in death by his parents; two siblings, Gerald Holden and Cookie Hamblin; his grandson, Joseph Smith Jr.; and his nephew, Tony Sorber.

Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Avenue, Hamilton, Ohio, on Thursday, November 5, 2026 at 12:00 PM with Timothy McKnight officiating. Burial will follow at Hickory Flat Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the funeral home.
