Dara M. Caudill

Dara M Caudill, age 50 of Hamilton, passed away on Monday, November 2, 2026. Dara was born in Hamilton, Ohio on January 5, 1976 to Marty D Short and Bernadette Short.

Dara worked with hundreds of patients over the 11 years she spent in healthcare, especially within Mercy Fairfield Hospital. She was beloved by every patient or person she met. Dara expressed her love for God boldly and proudly. She was compassionate and generous. She served others with an open heart and healed many through her giving spirit.

Dara is survived by her daughter Macy Caudill; father Marty Short; sister Shiri Hodge; nieces Eliana and Luvina Hodge; mother-in-law Angie Caudill and many other family, friends, and coworkers that she loved dearly. Dara was preceded in death by her mother Bernadette Short and her husband, Jason T. Caudill.

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 13, 2026 at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Ave, Hamilton, Ohio from 10AM-12PM. Funeral service will be held at 12PM at the funeral home. Burial will follow at a later date.
