Darlene Harris-Lairson

Darlene Harris-Lairson, age 65 of Hamilton, passed away at her residence on Monday, November 29, 2021. Darlene was born in Hamilton, Ohio on August 25, 1956 to Denver Harris and Nina P. (House) Harris.  Darlene graduated from Ross High School in 1975. She was a United States Army Veteran.  Darlene loved gardening; and her greatest joy in life was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Darlene is survived by her mother, Nina P. Harris; her children, Joe (Maura) Lairson and Kristen (Kevin) Lairson-Kuchera; her grandchildren, Emily Lairson, Samuel Lairson, Toby Rowland, Robby Kuchera, Victoria Perey, Owen Lairson, Archer Lairson, Everett Lairson, and Audrey Lairson; her siblings, Roy (Toni) Harris,  Douglas (Linda) Harris, Darrell (Terri) Harris, Arlene Harris-Rowland, Glenn (Sherry) Harris, Kathy (Moe) Harris-Moreland, Chris (Anita) Harris; and companion, Robert Hall, and his daughter, Caitlin Hall; and many other extended family and friends. Darlene was preceded in death by her father, Denver Harris; her brother, Dexter Harris; a special nephew Austin Harris; a special niece, Nicole Harris; and Joseph Lairson Sr.

Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Ave, Hamilton, Ohio, on Tuesday, December  7, 2021 at 11:00 AM with Danilo Gomez officiating.  Burial will follow at Butler County Memorial Park.  Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December  7, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home.  Memorial contributions can be made to the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital.
