Dave Hudson

Charles “Dave” David Hudson II, age 55 of Hamilton, passed away on Wednesday, April 2, 2025. Dave was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on January 23, 1970 to David and Jerri Hudson, nee Lynam. He was a self-employed painter for many years and an auto mechanic for Jackson’s Auto Care, LLC. Dave loved spending time with his family, friends and dogs, Thor and Shadow. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping, and boating. Dave’s passion for broadcasting allowed him to be a board operator and serve faithfully on Sundays at WMOH for many years. Dave is survived by his loving wife, Gail Hudson; his daughter, Angel (Joshua) Hill; four grandchildren, Evan, Joslynn, Layla, and Alanna; siblings, Scott (Derrick) Hudson, Heather (Matt) Elwood, and Ross (Carrie) Hudson; mother-in-law, Donna Allgeier; sisters-in-law, Patty (Andy) McCormick and Kim (Branden) Monk; brother-in-law, James (Amanda) Allgeier; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Dave was preceded in death by his parents, David and Jerri Hudson; niece, Sara Hudson; grandparents, Robert and Jane Lynam, and Charles and Margaret Hudson; father-in-law, Raymond Allgeier; and numerous aunts and uncles. Memorial service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Ave., Hamilton, Ohio, on Saturday, April 19, 2025 at 1:00 PM. Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 19, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home. Memorial contributions can be made to St. Judes Children’s Hospital.
