David "Gravy" Griffin

David "Gravy" Griffin, age 53 of Fairfield, passed away on Sunday, July 20, 2014 at 5:30 PM. He was born in Hamilton on November 21, 1960 to Hardin and Dorothy (Hubbard) Griffin. Charles was employed at WCH Molding for 15 years. He was a member of Eagles Lodge #407, Moose Lodge #36, and the Monkey Lodge. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, and spending time with his dogs.

He is survived by one son, Jeff "Gravy Jr." Griffin; six brothers and sisters, Darlene Griffin, Hardin (Paula) Griffin, Gary (Debbie) Griffin, James (Michelle) Griffin, Terry (Vicky) Griffin, Marvin Griffin, and Steven (Stephanie) Griffin; many other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, and three brothers and sisters, Diane Hubbard, Sandra Reiff, and Wayne Griffin.

Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Thursday, July 24, 2014 at 1PM with Billy Burns officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24, 2014 from 12Noon - 1PM at the funeral home.
