David Richard Pater

David Richard Pater was born on February 20, 1955, and resided in Hamilton, Ohio, where he passed away at his residence on October 20, 2026.

David was the beloved son of Anna Mae and John Pater, a cherished father, and a loving grandpa.

He is remembered by his daughter, Amber Craft, his four grandchildren, who all loved him very much, and his waswife.  David is also survived by his brother, Timmy Pater. He was preceded in death by his siblings, Silvia Wolf, Johnny Pater, and Paul Pater.  David shared his life with his good friend and roommate, Steve Abney.

David loved nature and spending time talking around a fire. The things he cherished most was the beauty of the outdoors and the time spent sharing stories and conversation with loved ones.  He instilled a deep love of nature in his daughter, Amber, a gift she has passed down to her own children. Through this shared love, a part of David will live on for generations to come.

David will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
