David E. Wells Sr., age 62 of Hamilton, passed away while visiting his son in Tennessee on Sunday, December 4, 2016. He was born in Hamilton, Ohio on November 13, 1954 the son of Ronald and Mary K. (Birgel) Wells. David was a 1973 graduate of New Miami High School and was a retired carpet installer. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his friends.
David is survived by his children, Eddie (Samantha), Audra, and Emily; one sister, Mary Sue (Ken) Rhodes; four grandchildren, Deana, Dana, Chloe, and David; and nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Kevin; sister, Marcia Stamper; two granddaughters, Darlene and Debbie; and his special love, Darlene.
Funeral service will be held at the Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Friday, December 9, 2016 at 1:30 PM with Pastor Larry Davis officiating. Burial will follow at Hickory Flat Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday, from 12:30 PM to 1:30PM at the funeral home.
