David W. Young

David W. Young, Jr., age 56, of Hamilton, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, September 12, 2013. He was born on October 12, 1956, the son of David W. Young and Dorothy H. (Hurley) Young. He graduated from Hamilton Taft High School in 1975. He earned an Associate Business Degree from Southern Ohio Business College.

He worked in retail sales, security at a private insurance company for 13 years and the United States Treasury Department before early retirement due to health.

He is survived by two sisters, Loretta Caudill and Dorothy Wood, a brother, Robert (Carol) Young, his uncle Jack (Judy)Young, two aunts, Rose Young and Glen Begley, numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, his good friends, Elmer Fackey, Melissa Abrams, and Judy, Roger, and Barb Day.

He was preceeded in death by his parents, brothers in law Richard Caudill and Keith Wood and several aunts and uncles.

Funeral service will be held at the Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Avenue, Hamilton, Ohio, on Wednesday,September 18, 2013, at 11 AM. Visitation will be held Wednesday, September 18, 2013, from 10 AM until time of service (11 AM), at the funeral home. Burial will take place in Greenwood Cemetery.
