Deborah Lynn Carter

Deborah Lynn Carter, age 50 of Hamilton passed away at her residence on Monday, November 23, 2009 at 2:15 PM. She was born in Hamilton on September 21, 1959 the daughter of John L. and Lilyanne (Saylor) Keene. Deborah was employed in the medical field until her retirement in 2004.

She is survived by a son, Christopher Carter of Goldsboro, North Carolina; her mother, Lilyanne (Larry Rompleman) Keene of Hamilton; a brother, Wayne Keene of Valentine Branch, Kentucky; two sisters, Helen (Hobart) McVey of Valentine Branch, Kentucky and Logan (David) Kamps of Middletown; and several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her father and a sister, Kathy L. Keene.

A memorial and celebration of life will be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 4831 Pleasant Avenue, on Monday, November 30, 2009 at 2:00 PM. Deborah will be remembered for many things, but children were the love of her life, as she felt that all children of the world belonged to her.
