Deborah "Debbie" Bowling

Deborah "Debbie" Bowling, age 64, of Hamilton, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loved ones at Hospice of Hamilton on Friday, April 26, 2024 following a long battle with cancer.

Debbie was born November 12, 1959 in Hamilton, Ohio to Jack Freddrick and Janet Louise (Burton) Bertsch. She graduated from Garfield High School, Class of 1978. Shortly thereafter, she married the love of her life, Ford "Dave" Bowling and they had three children together. Debbie held several positions throughout her career and she retired from Laborers Local 534, but the majority of her time and energy was devoted to raising her family. She was a passionate mother and grandmother and she enjoyed gardening, crafting with grandchildren and thrifting with her daughter.

Debbie is survived by her husband, Dave Bowling; three children, Shayla (Scott) Seaton, Jason (Stacy) Bowling, Chad (Kellie) Bowling; four grandchildren, Emma Seaton, Hunter Bowling, Addison Bowling, Ryen Bowling; five siblings, Danny (Brenda) Bertsch, Diane Bertsch, David (Lori) Bertsch, Deron (Joann) Bertsch, Dustin (Jackie Lovins) Bertsch; uncle, Denny Burton; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Janet; sister, Denise Bertsch; and niece, Roxie Bertsch.

A Celebration of Debbie's Life will be held on Saturday, May 11, 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Joyce Park Event Center, 180 Joe Nuxhall Way, Fairfield, Ohio 45014.
