Delbert W. Mcknight

Delbert W. McKnight, age 33 of Hamilton passed away at Fort Hamilton Hospital on Sunday, January 23, 2011 at 7:52 AM. He was born in Hamilton on February 22, 1977 the son of Harold and Juanita (Lyle) McKnight. Delbert was a member of West Side Baptist Church and was employed as a carpet installer.

He is survived by the joy of his life, his daughter, Kasey Ray McKnight-Lawson; his parents, Harold and Juanita McKnight; eight siblings, Brenda (Tim) Hicks, Mark (Debbie) Lunsford, Bruce (Angie) Lunsford, Randy (Marilyn) McKnight, Barbara Couch, John McKnight, Crystal (Erik) Martin, and Vernon Hubbard; special brother-in-law, Oliver Couch; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral service will be held at the Brown-Dawson Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Avenue, on Saturday, January 29, 2011 at 12 noon. Burial will follow at Butler County Memorial Park. Visitation will be held Friday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home. Memorial donations can be made to the Delbert McKnight Memorial Fund at any Fifth Third Banking Center.
