Dennis "Denny" Burton

Dennis “Denny” Burton, age 77 of Hamilton, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, February 18, 2025. Dennis was born in Hamilton, Ohio on August 12, 1947, to Cash Burton and Roxie (Vitatoe) Burton.  He was a man of unwavering faith, kindness, and joy, and left an indelible mark on everyone who knew him. Denny was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. He carried the love of Christ with him everywhere he went, always ready with a kind word, a warm smile, or a heartfelt prayer. His presence was a source of encouragement, and his humor and wisdom made every conversation memorable. Whether as a beloved coach, a dedicated volunteer, a mentor, or simply a listening ear, he touched countless lives with his generosity and compassion. He was reunited in heaven with his beloved wife, Connie, and together, they now share in eternal peace. Though his absence leaves a profound void, his family and friends find comfort in knowing that he has finished his race, the paint has dried on his mansion in heaven and he is now rejoicing in the presence of his Savior. Denny’s legacy of faith, love, and kindness will live on in the many hearts he touched. He will be deeply missed but never forgotten.

Dennis is survived by his children, Robert Burton, Kristy (Danny) Burton Elliott, Lisa Burton and Tiffany Burton Grubb; grandchildren, Madison Burton, Maxwell Burton, Kelsey Burton, Cyruss Webster, Cal Million, Makenzy Grubb and Karly Grubb; great grandson, Kash Tipton. Dennis was preceded in death by his parents, Cash and Roxie Burton, his wife, Connie Sue Burton; grandson, Mason Burton and great grandson Miles Tipton.

Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Ave., Hamilton, Ohio, on Monday, February 24, 2025 at 12:00 PM with Rev. Dave Garrett of New Haven Family Worship Center officiating.  Burial will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park.  Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home.
