Destiny M. Hubbard, age 22 of Hamilton, passed away Monday, July 6, 2015. She was born in Hamilton on November 24, 1992 to Barb Hubbard.
She is survived by her mother Barb A. Hubbard, a son Joshua Moore, brothers Kaleb Conley, Brian Holzberger Jr., sister Brianna Holzberger and fiance Keith Baker; and numerous other family members and friends whom she loved with her heart. She was preceeded in death by her grandmother Martha Thomas.
Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Friday, July 10, 2015 at 11 AM. Burial will follow at Hickory Flat Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday, July 10, 2015 from 10- 11 AM at the funeral home.
