DeWanna "Boogie" Chipman, age 21 of Fairfield passed away at Atrium Medical Center on Saturday, July 26, 2008. She was born in Hamilton on October 27, 1986 the daughter of Danny and Linda (Humphrey) Chipman.
She is survived by her parents, Danny and Linda Chipman; three brothers, Jeff (Janice) Chipman, William Chipman, and Larry Goins; a sister, Danyell (David) Weisinger; her grandmother, Virginia Humphrey; two nieces, Francheska and Ashley; a nephew, L.J.; and a special aunt and cousin, DeWanna and Megan Walser. She was preceded in death by a brother, Danny Chipman; and grandparents John and Oradelle Helm, and William Humphrey.
Funeral service will be held at the Brown-Dawson Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Avenue, on Thursday, July 31, 2008 at 2:00 PM with special family friend Pastor Charlotte Akoto officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Thursday from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
