Donald Cope age 66 of Hamilton passed away at Residence of Greystone in Cincinnati on Friday, April 10, 2009. He was born in Hamilton on July 21, 1942, the son of Albert and Marie (Talbert) Cope. Donald loved to play the guitar and enjoyed fishing. He was a member of Princeton Pike Church of God.
He is survived by his companion, Bernice Cope of Hamilton; siblings, Doris (George) Young of Erlanger, Kentucky, Ronald (Brenda) Cope of Corbin, Kentucky, Carolyn Cope of Somerville, Michael (Brenda) Cope of Franklin and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Jerry Cope.
Funeral services will be held at the Pentecostal Temple, 116 South Main Street, South Lebanon, Ohio, 45065 on Tuesday, April 14, 2009 at 11AM with Pastor Junior Sargent officiating. Commital Service will be 1PM, Tuesday at Rose Hill Burial Park in Hamilton. Visitation will be held at the church from 10AM to 11AM.
