Donald D. Hume Jr.

Donald D. Hume Jr., age 83 of Hamilton, passed away on Sunday, December 8, 2024. Donald was born in Hamilton, Ohio on January 11, 1941 to Donald D. Hume Sr. and Estella (Maham) Hume. He was an avid sports fan who loved an ice-cold beer. Donald was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and brother.

Donald is survived by his son, Larry (Sue) Cupp; granddaughter, Paula (Randy) Cupp-Romer; grandson, Larry (Jenny) Cupp; great-grandchildren, Zack (Amanda) Romer, Corey Romer, Janzen Romer, Gannon Romer, Kiegan Romer, Amber Cupp, Christopher Cupp, and Emily Cupp; 3 great-great-grandchildren; sisters, Linda Marsee and Janet Rose; sister-in-law, Jeri Hume; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Donald was preceded in death by his parents, Donald D. Sr. and Estella Hume; his wife, Alpha Hume; daughter, Kathy Cupp; and grandson, Michael Cupp.

Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Ave., Hamilton, Ohio, on Friday, December 13, 2024 at 12:00 PM. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be held on Friday, December 13, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home.
