Donald W. Mayers, age 93 of Hamilton, passed away at Birchwood Care Center on Friday, April 5, 2019. Donald was born in Plymouth, Massachusetts on July 15, 1925 to William Mayers and Laura Wall Mayers.
Donald is survived by his wife of 74 years, Ethel Mayers; children, Ann Mayers, Linda Mayers and Donald Mayers; daughter-in-law, JoEllen; many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren and two cousins. Donald was preceded in death by his parents, William and Laura Mayers; son, Richard Mayers.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Peter in Chains Catholic Church, 382 Liberty Avenue, Hamilton, Ohio Tuesday, April 16, 2019 at 10:00am with Fr. Rob Muhlenkamp officiating. Burial will follow at St. Stephens Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to St. Judes Children Hospital or St. Peter in Chains Catholic Church.
