Donna L. Mcintosh Hawkey

Donna L. McIntosh Hawkey, age 49, of Middletown, passed away at Carlisle Manor Health Care on Saturday August 14, 2010 at 3:02 PM. She was born in Hamilton on May 9, 1961 the daughter of Wayne and Sophia Lee (Hornsby) McIntosh. Donna was a 1979 graduate of Edgewood High School of Trenton. She was employed as a cashier at Meijer in Franklin for the past 8 years. Donna was a computer junkie and enjoyed taking pictures and coffee. She was always there for anyone who needed her.

She is survived by two daughters, Tuesday (John) Pope of Franklin and Jessie (Jason Ward) Barrett of Franklin; 8 grandchildren; her father, Wayne McIntosh of Middletown; two brothers, Donald Edward McIntosh of Texas and David Alan McIntosh of Ohio; a sister, Doris Jean McIntosh of Hamilton; several aunts, uncle, cousins, and a host of friends. She was preceded in death by her mother and grandparents.

Funeral services will be held at Brown-Dawson Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Ave. in Hamilton, on Thursday August 19th at 2:00 PM with Evangelist Marshall Ward of Dixie Highway Christian Center officiating. Burial will follow in Darrtown Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Thursday from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hospice of Middletown. Donna’s family extends a heartfelt thank you to Dr. Kudalkur and staff for their care and concern.
