Dorothy Dietz

Dorothy S. Dietz, age 61 of Okeana, passed away on Friday, February 12, 2016. She was born in Hartford on September 3, 1954 to Lawrence and Leona (Lofton) Fagg. On December 24, 1971 in Ross she married James Dietz.

She is survived by her husband, James Dietz; a son, Michael Dietz; grandchildren, Tanner, Tyler, Kayli, and Jayla; 2 sisters, Joyce (David) Price and Peggy Raines; a brother Larry Fagg; and nephews, Jason Cook, Abraham Hall, and Nicholas Rains. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral service will be held at Butler County Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel, 4570 Trenton Oxford Road, on Wednesday, February 17, 2016 at 1:00 with Nicholas Rains officiating. Burial will follow at Butler County Memorial Park. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 17, 2016 from 12:30 – 1:00 PM at the cemetery. The family wishes to extend a special thank you to the nurses at Mercy Hospital for their care and compassion.
