Dorothy J. Napier

Dorothy J. Napier, age 78 of Hamilton passed away at Hospice of Hamilton on Sunday, September 4, 2011 at 11:58 PM. She was born in Madison County, Kentucky on November 6, 1932 the daughter of Walter and Jallie (Cain) Webb. On February 25, 1956 in Hamilton she married Kenneth Napier and he preceded her in death in 2005.

She is survived by three children, Kenneth Wayne (Donna) Napier, Barbara (Tilden) Ponder, and Jean (Fred) Quick, all of Hamilton; one brother, Virgil Webb of Richmond, Kentucky; two sisters, Lillian Fritz and Betty Lou (Ralph) Bunger, both of Waco, Kentucky; seven grandchildren, Jennifer, Freddie, Jonathan, Courtney, Amber, Cassie, and Aaron; and eight great-grandchildren, Dakota, Jordan, Adriana, Jimi, Jallie, Lola, Aiden, and Leah. She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Charlie, Grover, and Boyd Webb; and sister, Kittie Cain.

Funeral service will be held at Brown-Dawson-Flick Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Avenue, on Thursday, September 8, 2011 at 10:00 AM with Evangelist Jim Burns officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the funeral home.
