Dorothy May Gabbard

Dorothy May Gabbard, age 87 of Hamilton, was called home by her Heavenly Father on Saturday, June 4, 2022. Dorothy was born in Hamilton, Ohio on February 10, 1935 to Harold and Ethel (Wilson) Richmond.

Dorothy was a member of Faith Pentecostal Church. She enjoyed reading and spending time with her grandchildren.

Dorothy is survived by her children, David (Maureen) Gabbard and Karen (Roger Lynn) Millikin; her grandchildren, Kyle (Karen) Millikin, Oyuna Gabbard and Allison Gabbard; her great-grandson, Lee Millikin; and her sister, Rita Catherine Gabbard. Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 66 years, LeRoy Gabbard; and her brothers, Donald, Harold and Homer Richmond.

Visitation will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Ave, Hamilton, Ohio, on Saturday, June 11, 2022 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Funeral service to start at 10:00 AM at the funeral home.  Burial will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park.  Memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of Miami Valley, 46 North Detroit Street, Suite B, Xenia, Ohio 45385.
