Doug R. Holland

Doug R. Holland, age 64 of Hamilton, passed away at Fort Hamilton Hospital on Friday, July 30, 2021. Douglas was born in Hamilton, Ohio on November 8, 1956 to George Holland and Doris June (Farmer) Holland.  Doug enjoyed fishing trips on Lake Erie, live music, and was an avid Cincinnati Reds fan and Dallas Cowboys fan.  He enjoyed most of all spending time with his friends and family.

Doug is survived by his children, Jayna Holland,  Abigail Holland, and Jennifer Anne Holland; his parents, George Holland and June Holland; his sister, Jill (Steve) Beiser; his grandchildren, Otis Trey Strawder, Imani Adohr Johnson, Daphne Pria Holland; his niece, Shelby (Keith) Goldstein; his great nephew, Dax Alan Goldstein; and many other childhood friends and family. Douglas was preceded in death by his son, Douglas "Dug" Ray Holland II; and his brothers, David Lee Holland and Roger Dale Holland.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August  3, 2021 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Ave, Hamilton, Ohio.  Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, on Tuesday, August  3, 2021 at 7:00 PM with Rev. Tim Mullins of Greenhills United Baptist Church officiating. Following the funeral service everyone is welcome to join the family at the Eagles Post#3986 for food and fellowship. Memorial contributions can be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
