Earl R. Guthrie Sr.

Earl R. Guthrie Sr., age 68 of Hamilton, passed away on Wednesday, November 29, 2017. He was born in Hamilton on July 7, 1949 the son of Austin Guthrie and Bernadine (Burton) Guthrie. He married Glenna McDaniel in Hamilton in 1973 and she preceded him in death in 2013.

Earl is survived by eight children, Donna (Leon) Barr, Suzanne (Christopher) Clemmons, Carol Lee, Caroline Domino, Lynn McDaniel, Jeanne (Jeff) Hensley, Earl Richard Guthrie Jr., and Christy Sawyers; seven siblings, Betty Adkins, Martha Reavis, Becky Guthrie, Ed Guthrie, Ralph Guthrie, Butch Guthrie, and Larry Guthrie; twenty four grandchildren; twenty four great grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and ten siblings.

Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Monday, December 4, 2017 at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow at Millville Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
