Earl S. (Joe) Hoskins

Earl S. (Joe) Hoskins, age 70 of Hamilton, passed away at home on June 3rd, 2017. Joe was born in Hyden, Kentucky on October 13th, 1946 to Kenneth Hoskins and Eva (Wooton) Hoskins Arvin. Joe served with honor and distinction in the Army during the Vietnam War (1966-1968).

After returning from the service, he worked for General Motors in Dayton and later became the proud owner of Certified Concrete Repair. In his personal life, he was a born comedian and storyteller. Joe loved to travel and fish, listen to music and watch sporting events.

Joe was generous with everyone he met and didn't know a stranger. He will be missed by all. He is survived by his siblings, Ann (Bob) Shepherd, Jim (Barbara Ann) Hoskins, Roy (Debra) Hoskins, Vivian Worthington and many nieces and nephews. Joe was preceded in death by his sister, Barbara Deaton, and his parents.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
