Earl Webb Sr.

Earl Webb Sr., age 68 of Hamilton passed away at his residence on Wednesday, December 9, 2009 at 5:20 AM. He was born in Wild Cat, Kentucky on August 2, 1941 the son of Tester and Mae (Davidson) Webb. Earl retired from R.A. Miller in 1996. On October 21, 1975 in Hamilton he married Nadine Henson.

He is survived by his wife, Nadine Webb of Hamilton; three sons, Randy Webb, Larry (Kim) Webb, and Earl Webb Jr., all of Hamilton; four daughters, Sherry (Douglas) Broughton of Pine Ridge, Kentucky, Zola (Doug Stephens) Webb of Hamilton, Connie (Eddie) Hollon of Clay County, Kentucky, and Donna (Arthur) Smith of Hamilton; two brothers, Thedus Webb and Junior Flynn, both of Hamilton; a sister, Gail (Gary) Mistler of Irvine, Kentucky; 21 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Tester Webb and Mae Flynn; a son, Jerry Lee Webb; a brother, Raleigh Webb; and a sister, Wanda Grubb.

Funeral service will be held at the Brown-Dawson Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Avenue, on Saturday, December 12, 2009 at 10:00 AM with Rev. Cecil Benge and Rev. Ernest Lee Benge officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
