Eddie Jones

Eddie Jones, age 68 of Hamilton, passed away at Hospice of Hamilton on Tuesday, November 13, 2018. Eddie was born in Clay County, Kentucky on February 2, 1950 to Chester Jones and Birdie (Hubbard) Jones. On December 7, 1968 in Hamilton, OH he married Brenda Sue Stump. He loved fishing, hunting, and watching Western Movies.

Eddie is survived by his wife of 50 years, Brenda Jones; two daughters, Rebecca Kathleen Jones and Martha (Jim) Allen; his brother Preston (Lois) Jones, who raised him; 7 siblings, Fern Hollin, Mary (Dorse) Howard, Maggie, Ruby (Arnold) Jones, Bob (Gayle) Jones, Ethel (Dennis) McKinney, Lois (Willie) Lear, Alvin (Vickie) Bradley. Eddie was preceded in death by his parents, Chester and Birdie Jones; and two siblings, Arie and Luther Jones.

Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Ave, Hamilton, Ohio, on Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Denny Matheny officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Monday, November 19, 2018 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home.
