Edna Mills

Edna Mills, age 91 of New Miami, passed away at her residence on Sunday, November 13, 2022. Edna was born in Barbourville, Kentucky on June 16, 1931 to Jessie Hubbard and Samantha (Jackson) Hubbard. Edna is survived by her loving children, John Mills, Jake (Lorraine) Mills, Maxene (Lee) Holland, Edna (Calvin) Williams, Judy (Kathleen) Mills, Bessie (Ted Shivner) Shoemaker; her 77 grandchildren; many great grandchildren; and many great great grandchildren; one brother Howard Hubbard; her step sister, Samantha Crews; and her daughter in law, Debbie Mills; and many nieces, nephews, other family and friends. Edna was preceded in death by her parents, Jessie Hubbard and Samantha Hubbard; spouse James Mills; her daughter, Evelyn Mills;  her son, Willie Mills; her grandson, Frankie Holland; her granddaughter, Amanda Mills; her daughter in law, Karla Mills; and her daughter in law, Vivian Mills; and granddaughter Edna Mills. Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Ave, Hamilton, Ohio, on Tuesday, November 22, 2022 at 11:00 AM with Rev. Denny Fields of New Liberty United Baptist officiating. Burial will follow at Hickory Flat Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Monday, November 21, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home.
