Edward L. Stutz

Edward L. Stutz, age 78 of Somerville, passed away at home on Monday, January 2, 2017. Edwardwas born in Highland Park, Michigan on September 26, 1938 to Edward C. and Virginia (Kuss) Stutz. He served in the United States Army from 1958-1961. Edward was a competitive shooter, and enjoyed watching NASCAR, Formula 1, and the Detroit Redwings. He worked and retired from GM Cadillac Division in Pontiac, MI after 31 years.

Edward is survived by his wife of 12 years, Kathleen (Zindorf) Stutz; his children, Jacquelin Mullin, Belinda Wysner, Michael (Melissa) Stutz; his step children, Michael (Robin) Northrup and Patton (Tabitha) Borders; his grandchildren, Jennifer and Tyler; his step-grandchildren, Montgomery, Cliffton, Michael, Bradley, Jarred, Christopher, Ethen, and Alexander; one great-grandson, Xavier. Edward was preceded in death by his first wife, Judith Stutz, and his parents.

Memorial service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Ave., Hamilton, Ohio, on Thursday, January 5, 2017 at 12:00 PM with Rev. Wendell Coning officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Crossroads Hospice or the NRA.
