Eligha G. Allen

Eligha G. Allen, age 71 of Hamilton, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Wednesday, July 7, 2021. He was born in Hamilton, Ohio on May 19, 1950 to Lige Allen and Laura (Sams) Allen. Eligha married Donna Napier on May 19, 1972 and they had been married for 49 years. He was a veteran of the United States Army, served in Vietnam, and was enlisted for 18 months with honorable discharge.

Eligha is survived by his wife, Donna Allen; his sisters, Laura (Carl) Broughton, Mary Hubbard, and Nancy (Darlin) Breedlove. Eligha was preceded in death by his parents, Lige and Laura Allen; his brothers, Gordon Allen, Joe Allen, and Everett Allen; his sisters, Peggy Farmer and Edna Irvin; and his two sons, Douglas Scott Allen and Eligha Gray Allen.

Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Ave, Hamilton, Ohio, on Monday, July 12, 2021 at 1:00 PM with Terry Napier officiating.  Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Monday, July 12, 2021 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home.
