Elizabeth Louise Brandner, age 74 of Hamilton, passed away on Friday, September 24, 2021. Elizabeth was born in Hamilton, Ohio on July 15, 1947 to the late Theodore and Elizabeth (Meyers) Vidourek. Known to most as Liz, she worked at Hare’s Pharmacy, Flub’s, and was a daycare teacher at Kindercare for many years. In her younger years, Liz enjoyed playing tennis. As the years went by, she enjoyed watching tennis and Bonanza on TV. She loved tending to her flowers and spending time with her family. She loved her grandchildren more than anything in the world and her greatest joy was spending time with them.
Liz will be dearly missed by her children, Tina Brandner, Tami (Marty) Morgan, and Scott (Shawnda) Brandner; her grandchildren, Nicholas, Amanda, Noah, Gabby, Mason, Ava, Carter, and Kinsley; her siblings, Claire, Donna, Rose, Bob, Ron and Bill; her faithful canine companion, Geoson; and many extended family members and friends.
Liz was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Ted.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 30, 2021 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Ave., Hamilton, OH. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Queen of Peace Catholic Church, 2550 Millville Ave., Hamilton, Ohio, on Friday, October 1, 2021 at 11:00 AM with Fr. James Wedig officiating. Burial will be private at a later date at St. Mary’s Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Little Sisters of the Poor .
