Elizabeth "Chelsea" Ford Case, 50, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, September 26, 2026, at her home in Hamilton, Ohio.

Chelsea was born August 27, 1976, to George Patton "Pat" Ford and the late Janis Cranford Ford in Salisbury, NC. Chelsea was known for her quick wit, grace, and love for others. Chelsea attended New Life Christian Academy, and later earned her degree in Christian Education from Indiana Bible College. Chelsea began her career teaching young minds at Calvary Academy, and later followed her love for fashion working as a manager at Lane Bryant and Torrid, before beginning a new career at First Financial Bank.

In 2002, Chelsea married the love of her life and best friend, Ricky Kevin Case, and together they were blessed with two beautiful children, Jefferson Xavier Case and Elizabeth Patton Case. Chelsea celebrated life in the simplest and most beautiful ways including time spent with loved ones in the mountains and at the beach. Chelsea loved sunset evenings with Kevin, spending time with Xavier learning his newest project in technology, traveling with Patton for show choir, her cuddle time with cat, Biscuit, an honorary family member, and making memories with her lifelong friends on their annual girls’ trip. Chelsea treasured the people she loved and made everyone around her feel cared for. Her strength and unwavering compassion carried her through many seasons of her life. A loving wife, devoted mother, cherished daughter, beloved sister and friend and so much more to so many. Chelsea leaves a legacy of grace, laughter, and kindness that will remain in the hearts of all who knew her. Chelsea's life will always be remembered by those who knew her as a precious gift, and blessing. Her memory will live forever.
