Elizabeth B. McIntosh, age 74 of Fairfield, passed away on Friday, August 8, 2014. She was born in Hamilton on March 20, 1940 to Daniel and Pearl (Isaacs) Horn.
She is survived by her husband; Earl McIntosh, children; Tammy (the late LJ) North, Daniel Bates, Roger (Kim) Bates, Randall (Holly) McIntosh, step children; Debbie Johnson and Bobo McIntosh, siblings; Frances, Harst, Bobby Gene, Elmer, Delmer, Linda, Donna, grandchildren; Dorothy, Michael, Johnathan, Chris, Randall, Kayla, Kyle, Britney, great grandchildren; Shawn, Elizabeth, Brooklyn, CJ, Aubrynn. She was preceded in death by her parents, step child; Danny McIntosh, siblings; Dillard, Faye, and Richard.
Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home 1350 Millville Ave., Hamilton 45013 on Wednesday, August 13 at 10 AM with Wally Miller officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 12 from 5-8 PM at the funeral home. A special thank you to Vitas Hospice.
